Frequently asked questions
VirtuPropSA creates interactive tours using cutting-edge 360° equipment to take high resolution panoramas/ videos of your space. We then edit, process, and customise the panoramas into a “tour”, integrating additional information and media to create a seamless viewer experience. The tour enables viewers to have complete control over how they navigate and explore the space, as opposed to only what the photographer focuses on.
We have a rough turn-around time of between 7-14 business days. However, this is dependent on the project location, scale, and complexity.
Our interactive virtual tours can be embedded directly onto your website, and shared on social media platforms. The tours are hosted directly by VirtuPropSA on our South African servers. We can enable direct bookings and enquiries from within the virtual tour for clients who do not have their own platforms.
We are currently based in Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal. However, we offer our services throughout Southern Africa.
